FAQ
Which tools do you teach against?
Concepts are tool-agnostic. Labs use screenshots and CSV packs you can recreate in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or a custom audit dashboard analytics app. We do not certify you on a single vendor.
Is this suitable for first-year analysts?
Yes if you have seen at least one live control dashboard. Absolute beginners in data literacy should start with Signal Mapping Studio first.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not provision a hosted dashboard environment. You practise on your organisation’s stack or on static sample packs. Teams without any data access will need a sandbox arranged separately — we can advise, but we cannot supply production connectors.
How do office hours work from the UK?
Two slots each week, mid-morning and early evening UK time. Recordings stay available for 90 days after your cohort window ends.
