Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Analyticsondemand training enrolments arranged after an intake discussion. Website pricing is informational only; the enrolment confirmation email or agreement states the fee that applies.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module and have not attended a private teardown session. Requests after 14 days are assessed for partial credit as described below.

Full refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when you cancel within the 14-day window under the access limits above. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK law apply where you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, subject to statutory exceptions once digital content has been substantially provided with your prior consent.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing multiple modules but before the midpoint of a self-paced path, we may offer a 40% refund of the course fee, less any private session fees already delivered. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree a goodwill credit toward a future cohort within twelve months.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom on-site facilitation travel already incurred, and seats transferred to another learner at your request are non-refundable. Observer Desk monthly access is billed per month and is non-refundable for months already started.

How to request a refund

Email contact@analyticsondemand.digital with your name, enrolment reference, and reason. You may also call 077 6227 2037 or write to 66 Park Avenue; Lawkland; LA2 7ED; United Kingdom. We confirm receipt within two working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your provider. We will confirm the amount and method in writing.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a programme, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled element. We are not responsible for incidental travel you book without our written advice to do so.

Exceptions

Serious illness, bereavement, or comparable circumstances may qualify for extended deferral or discretionary refunds documented case by case. Misuse of materials or breach of terms may void refund eligibility.
